Super Golden Milk Latte

Beat the bloat and the cold with this super golden milk latte!
1c oat milk (any non dairy will do)
1/2 knob of ginger zested
1 tsp turmeric
2 twists on the pepper grinder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp vanilla
1tsp MCT oil or ghee or coconut oil
1tsp local honey

This little concoction packs a loaded punch to help with immunity, inflammation, blood sugar, indigestion, bad breath, brain function. This is a great milk to share with your littles aka “honey milk”, that looks “orange”. 😉 If they only knew that mama was providing them with this super immunity boost!

Almond Flour, Blueberry, Hemp, Chia Seed Muffin

Almond flour blueberry, hemp, chia seed muffins. My kids start school tomorrow and we discussed breakfast ideas that would give them a nutrient dense pack full of a punch. One suggestion were muffins! So, of course, I chose grain free with my added nutrient dense pack full with hemp seeds and protein. Combine this with a bowl of plain goat yogurt and they will last hours at school without the energy dip that cereal gives kids.

2 1/4c almond flour
1tsp baking soda
1/4c butter or other fat (oil)
1/4c of almond milk
3 eggs
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1c blueberries
1/4c hemp seeds
1/8c chia seeds

Preheat oven to 350 and cook for 15-18 minutes!
